Booking information
Private medical insurance
Mr Shyamalan is recognised by all major private health insurance providers.

You will need to speak to your GP and ask them to refer you to Mr Shyamalan. Your GP will write a letter which will detail the reasons for your referral.

To use your private insurance you will need to contact your insurer prior to your appointment, check your cover and obtain the necessary pre-authorisation code.

Self funding
Self funding your care is straightforward.

Give us a call and we can discuss clinic availability, prices as well as booking your appointment.

At your initial consultation you can discuss your issue and possible treatment options. You may also be referred for tests and diagnostics.

If you require treatment, prices will be discussed and if you are ready to proceed, your treatment date will be booked.

If required, a follow up appointment will be arranged after your treatment.
Mr Shyamalan charges:
£250 for an initial consultation
£150 for any subsequent appointment

Mr Shyamalan is an NHS Hand Surgeon at University Hospitals Birmingham and the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital.
